A Very Nice French Faience Hand Painted Tureen With Cover
Beautiful tureen with lid in Faince or French Mayolique, hand painted, Luneville Strasburg manufacture, following 18th century models.
SXX, 60s, floral decoration with cartouches of floral bouquets representing the Luxembourg rose as the protagonist accompanied by small yellow flowers and entangled with scrolls following the baroque spirit. The finish on the lid is a rose.
Magenta pink, green yellow and blue colors on white complete this exquisite piece of earthenware.
It is in very good condition for its use and time.
