Exceptional Contemporary Design
Hamajima Takuya is a Japanese artist/designer based in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating from Musashino Art University in 2011, he continues to exhibit his highly refined furniture pieces in major cities like London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong and more. He has a passion for craftsmanship and sculptural modeling representation, he works with natural materials and heat treatment technology in cooperation with a ceramics research laboratory. He performs the entire design production himself, including the development of material and all processes of molding.
